Fenne Rietjens is an experienced implementation consultant currently at Assessio Bloom since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as project coordinator and implementation specialist for Youplan at Randstad from September 2015 to August 2022, where responsibility encompassed rollout, implementation, and management for Randstad and Tempo-Team clients. Fenne Rietjens has also held positions as a senior accountspecialist in Randstad Techniek, focusing on clients within the process industry, and as an intercedent/account specialist early in the career at Randstad Techniek. Previous roles include an internship in Global Management & Talent Development at Rabobank and recruiter positions within Randstad. Fenne Rietjens holds a Master's degree in Labor and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Amsterdam and Maastricht University, respectively, along with an exchange program at the University of Oslo.
