Mike Bourke is an experienced Relationship Manager for Industrial customers at the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority since September 2002, specializing in energy cost reduction and waste management. Previously, Mike served as a Client Services Manager at IBM from December 1996 to October 1998. Mike holds a New Zealand Certificate of Engineering in Heavy Electrical Systems from the Central Institute of Technology, completed between 1972 and 1977, and attended St. Patricks High School in New Zealand from 1965 to 1969.
