Jana Megelova is an accomplished professional in talent management and development with extensive experience in leading high potential programs. Currently serving as Director of Global Talent Management at Edwards Lifesciences since September 2018, Jana has previously held positions as Senior Manager in both Global Talent Management and Talent Development EMEA. Prior to Edwards Lifesciences, Jana contributed to Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company for over thirteen years, focusing on talent pipeline and succession planning across multiple countries. Earlier roles include various managerial positions at GE Money, where Jana oversaw HR functions and learning and development initiatives. Jana holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK, along with a Diploma in Business (Marketing) from NSW Business College in Australia and a Master's degree in English and Maths from Masaryk University in Brno.
