Alex Wagner, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Global Product Stewardship at Edwards Lifesciences, a position held since 2019, following roles as Senior Principal Scientist, Principal Scientist, and Staff Scientist within the same organization. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral research fellowship at The Scripps Research Institute, where research centered on chiral amino acid synthesis and reaction mechanisms, and a lecturer position at UC Irvine, where organic chemistry courses were taught and new course content on organometallic reactions was developed.
