Jim Mitchell has over three decades of experience in customer service and human resources management, having served as Customer Service Manager and Director of Human Resources at Malloy Incorporated since October 1988. Additionally, Jim holds the position of Board President at the Michigan Purchasers Health Alliance, a coalition dedicated to improving the quality and affordability of health care for employees in Southeast and Central Michigan. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry (BSF) and a Master of Science in Forestry (MSF) from the University of Michigan, where studies took place from 1962 to 1968.
