Shaun Jacobson is Senior Vice President at Edward J. Minskoff Equities, Inc. and oversees Management and Operations. He is responsible for the asset and property management functions of the commercial office and retail portfolio, which includes almost six million square feet of first-class buildings in New York City such as 51 Astor Place, 101 Avenue of the Americas, 1166 Avenue of the Americas, and the newly renovated 825 Seventh Avenue; as well as The Bluffs at Playa Vista in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Jacobson manages a best-in-class property management team, as well as the operational, financial, and overall strategic planning of each asset.

Shaun Jacobson began his career in commercial real estate in 2001 and is a member of BOMA and REBNY. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment Analysis from New York University.
