Leonardo Raponi is an experienced support analyst currently working at Eduzz as an Analista de Suporte Black since January 2023, following a previous role in the company as Analista de Suporte N2 Pleno from August 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included providing level 1 support to clients such as producers, affiliates, and end users of the platform.
