Claudia Wilson has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Claudia began their career in 1987 as the President of Claudia Wilson & Associates, a boutique organization they founded at the age of 27. In 1993, they became the President of Northwestern Incentive Services (NIS), a Division of Northwestern Travel, and successfully turned the company around. In 2004, they joined Navigant Performance Group as the Senior Vice President of Business Development, and was later promoted to Senior Vice President and Integration Lead. In 2006, they moved to Carlson Companies as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In 2015, they became the Chief Revenue Officer of EduTrak Software, where they were responsible for generating revenue, overseeing sales and marketing, and leading the strategic planning process.

Claudia Wilson has attended several educational programs. Claudia has participated in the Global Leadership Program at The Wharton School, the Executive Mini MBA Strategic Planning at the University of St. Thomas, and they have obtained an Executive Mini MBA Financial Management degree from the University of St. Thomas.
