Justin Hudgens is an experienced professional with a strong background in business process improvement, implementation management, and technical support. Currently serving as an Associate at Educe Group since December 2018, Justin specializes in gathering requirements and mapping current processes to develop future state business processes for clients. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Implementation Manager at Expertus, overseeing the onboarding of customers to a Learning Management System and ensuring successful integration. Previous experience at Sprint Corp. included roles such as Business Care Project/Program Manager I, where Justin implemented best practices for wireless support specialists, and Implementation Team Lead, managing a large client base while achieving high customer satisfaction.
