Fabiola Higashi Overrath currently serves as the Diretora de Estratégia e Produto and Diretora de Operações at Educbank, a position held since December 2020. Prior experience includes a role as People Advisor at Quero Educação from July 2019 to January 2020 and various positions at Cervejaria Ambev between September 2006 and June 2019, culminating as People Director. Fabiola has an extensive educational background, with a specialization in Neurociência e Comportamento from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (2020-2022), an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas (2009-2011), and a bachelor's degree in Relações Públicas from Faculdade Cásper Líbero (2001-2004). Additionally, Fabiola is pursuing further education at Escola PM3 as of October 2023.
