Fatma Eid is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and customer service. Currently serving as an Admissions Counselor and Student Ambassador at Educatly since February 2023, Fatma previously worked as an English Teacher at New Capital English Schools from August 2022 to August 2024. Additional experience includes roles as a Customer Service Representative at Klivvr and as an Interpreter and Translator at NCPC, where Fatma worked from July 2019 to April 2022. Fatma also held the position of English Language Trainer from May 2020 to October 2020. Fatma earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Suez Canal University in April 2021.
