Cecilia Cayetano is the current Chief Operating Officer at Educative. Cecilia has over fifteen years of experience in finance and operations, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, and cost optimization.

Cayetano began their career at Ernst & Young in 2004 as a Senior Manager in Risk Advisory Services. In 2011, they joined Expedia as the Senior Director of Strategy, Initiatives and Process. During their four years at Expedia, they were responsible for leading strategic initiatives across the company. In 2015, they joined Avvo as the Corporate Controller.

In 2017, Cecilia joined Simply Measured as the Vice President of Finance and Operations. Cecilia was a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. During their time at Simply Measured, they oversaw Finance, Operations, Risk Management, and Human Resources. In 2018, they led due diligence for back and middle office operations for Sprout Social's acquisition of Simply Measured. After the acquisition, they developed and implemented plans to effectively merge post acquisition processes for finance, operations, risk management and human resources. Cecilia was instrumental in achieving a 20% operating cost reduction by managing vendor contracts and improving operations discipline while driving business results.

Cecilia Cayetano has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Seattle University. Cecilia is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Washington State and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
