Cliff Kao, FPC, PHR, CEBS has extensive experience in benefits administration and HRIS analysis. Cliff is currently employed at ETS as the Lead Benefits Analyst, where they manage the administration of health and welfare and retirement plans. Cliff is responsible for vendor and broker relationships, researching and finding solutions to complex issues, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and working on annual projects. Prior to ETS, Cliff worked at Saint Peter's Healthcare System as an HRIS Analyst and Benefits Analyst, where they managed HR systems, administered benefits programs and retirement plans, advised on employee benefit programs, compiled and analyzed benefit data, researched current benefit trends, developed and conducted presentations, and performed audits and compliance testing. Before that, they worked at Trion Group as a Benefits Service Coordinator and Benefits Service Specialist, and at Beacon Financial Services as an Assistant Benefits Administrator. Additionally, Cliff gained experience as an Employee Benefits Intern at Radnor Benefits Group.

Cliff Kao obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in the years 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their B.B.A. degree in Risk Management/Insurance and International Business Administration, with a concentration in HR, also at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2006 to 2010. Cliff has additional certifications such as Fundamental Payroll Certification, Professional in Human Resources, Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Retirement Plans Associate, and Group Benefits Associate.
