Marta Bechtol is the current Executive Director at Educational Communications Board. Marta has been with the company since 2004, starting as the Director of the Wisconsin Media Lab. In April 2014, they were promoted to Deputy Director and has been responsible for overseeing operations, budget, human resources, and compliance. Under their leadership, the company has seen increased efficiency and growth. Prior to their work in educational media, Marta worked in corporate communications and public relations.

Marta Bechtol has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Certificate in Public Management from the same school, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Philosophy from the University of Utah. Marta also has an Education from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
