Ashish Gupta started their work experience as a lecturer at HBTI, Kanpur in July 2003, where they worked until July 2004. Ashish then joined Education, MPGI as an Assistant Professor in July 2004, and their tenure at this company is ongoing.

Ashish Gupta completed their M.Tech degree in Electronics from HBTI, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
