Matt Sinclair has over two decades of experience in various IT and management roles. Currently serving as a Delivery Manager and Development Product Owner at USAA since April 2019, Matt previously held the position of Application Development Manager at the Education Service Center, Region 20, since June 2012, where responsibilities included planning and managing technical development projects. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Sinclair Customer Metrics from March 1999 to June 2012, where Matt served as IT Director, overseeing I.T. needs for the consumer research firm. Matt earned a degree from Texas Tech University between 1994 and 1999.
