Alex Flores, Ed.D., currently serves as the Deputy Director of Business and Technology Services at Education Service Center, Region 20 since January 2022. Previously, Alex was the Executive Director for the Trinity School Design Network at Trinity University, focusing on innovative school design and organizational leadership in the Greater San Antonio Area. Alex has also held significant leadership roles including Interim Superintendent of Schools for Natalia ISD during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Superintendent of Schools for South San Antonio Independent School District, Palacios Independent School District, and Natalia Independent School District. Alex holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Master of Science in Educational Administration and Supervision from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, and a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
