Waylon Stengler has extensive experience in educational leadership and human resources, currently serving as Project Coordinator for HR and Employee Development at Education Service Center Region 13 since August 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating internal employee development programs and managing onboarding processes. Stengler has held the position of Principal at Harmony School of Science - Austin since June 2019 and previously served as Principal at Harmony School of Endeavor from March 2017 to August 2022. Prior to these roles, Stengler was District Director of Talent and engaged in various positions, including District Data Analyst and Recruitment Coordinator at Harmony Public Schools from July 2013 to March 2017, along with earlier experience as Assistant Principal and High School Social Studies Teacher at Harmony School of Science from August 2008 to July 2013. Stengler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas State University and a Master in Educational Leadership from Tarleton State University.
