Sharon Clay has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving in an accounting role at Education Service Center Region 13 since February 2021. Previously, Sharon held finance responsibilities at the Palm Desert Area Chamber of Commerce from January 2018 to October 2020, managing payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and assisting with budgets and financial statements. Additional experience includes working as a Financial Assistant at Taubman, processing invoices and A/P requests, and over a decade as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Guthy|Renker, where responsibilities involved processing a high volume of invoices and managing confidential accounts. Earlier in the career, Sharon served as a Sr. Accounting Specialist at MAI Basic Four, processing vendor invoices and matching receipts to purchase orders. Sharon holds educational qualifications from Coastline College and Riverside Community College.
