Bhupinder Kaur is currently serving as the Market Development Manager for India at Education New Zealand | Manapou ki te Ao since October 2023. Previously, Bhupinder held multiple leadership roles at Adventus.io from May 2021 to October 2023, including Head of Partner Delivery and Business Development Contracts & Administration Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Synthesis Communication as a Senior Executive, where responsibilities involved drafting promotional content, and at Employee Pooling as Commission Manager, overseeing commission systems. Bhupinder also worked as a Grants Administrator at Rotary International and as a Group Lead at UNICEF India, managing donor relations and communications. Initial career experience included an internship at India HIV/AIDS Alliance focusing on fundraising. Bhupinder holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University and a Master's degree in the same field from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
