Phuong Le is a Co-Founder and Senior Partner at KLD LLP, a global immigration law firm. Phuong serves as EFA’s senior immigration attorney relating to the EB-5 program and advisor / immigration attorney for individual Green Card applications.

He has over 13 years of legal experience. He co-leads a global immigration law firm and has significant expertise with the US EB-5 visa program. Previously Phuong was a senior partner at an internationally renowned immigration law firm. He has successfully represented EB-5 Regional Centers and businesses across the U.S. on over $2 billion in EB-5 projects.

Phuong also frequently shares his knowledge / expertise regarding project structuring, source of funds, and complex EB-5 matters with the EB-5 industry as a: lecturer, author, and co-counsel/peer reviewer for other EB-5 attorneys.
