Phoebe Coughlin has extensive work experience in various roles related to education and design. Their most recent position was as a Senior Design Principal at Education Elements, where they started in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Design Principal at Education Elements from March 2022 to December 2022, and before that, they were a Design Associate from September 2021 to March 2022.

Phoebe Coughlin attended North Salem High School from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a High School degree. Phoebe then went on to Tulane University, where they studied Public Health and Studio Art and received a Bachelor's degree from 2013 to 2017. During their time at Tulane, they also participated in a program at the School for International Training focused on South Africa, specifically community health and social policy, in 2015. Additionally, Phoebe has obtained certifications such as an Add On Certification in 6-12 Special Education, mild/moderate, and a Teaching Certification in 6-12 ELA, both from the Louisiana Department of Education, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
