Nevin Katz is an experienced Senior Web and App Developer at the Education Development Center since 2008, specializing in the development of websites and apps for professional development and student-centered learning while also mentoring staff and consulting on technology decisions. Concurrently, Nevin Katz operates Nevin Katz Tutoring, LLC, offering academic tutoring across various subjects including Biology and Chemistry at the AP level. Additionally, Nevin Katz has worked as a Science Curriculum Developer and Illustrator for Birdley Media since 2006, creating online educational resources and nationally published science resource books for grades 5-12. Previous experience includes tutoring at Lexington Tutoring, LLC, teaching at Ludlow High School, and New Leadership Charter School. Academic qualifications include an Ed. M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a B.S. in Biology from Swarthmore College, and a Software Engineering Certificate from Harvard Extension School.
