Robert Wright has a diverse work experience within the healthcare and education sectors. Robert started their career in 2004 as a Manager of the Central Sterile Department at Providence Hospital in Mobile, Alabama. In 2008, they joined Education Corporation of America as a Program Director for Surgical Technology. Later that same year, they also took on the role of Program Director for Business and Network Technician at Virginia College Montgomery. Robert continued in these positions until 2017.

Robert Wright attended Liberty University from 1980 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. Robert'sfield of study was Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General. In 2018, they also obtained a certification from the Association of Surgical Technologists.
