Jason Mika has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the VP of Financial Planning and Analysis at Education Affiliates since June 2005, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis for a company generating over $250M in revenue. Prior to this role, Jason held positions as Director and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at the same organization, overseeing teams dedicated to budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance metrics. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Ciena and a Financial Analyst at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Jason holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Finance from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business.
