Shauna Davidson is an experienced professional in the field of education and youth development, currently serving as the Institutional Partnerships Lead at Educate! since June 2015. In this role, Shauna focuses on reforming educational practices in Africa to better equip youth for employment and entrepreneurship. Previous positions include Senior Partnerships Specialist and Grants and Compliance Specialist, where notable achievements involved substantial growth in organizational funding. As a co-founder and Board President of Deki, Inc., Shauna contributes to improving access to quality education in rural Northern Uganda. Additionally, experiences at Attention Homes and various educational institutions highlight Shauna's commitment to youth empowerment and community development. Shauna holds an MSc in Anthropology and Development from The London School of Economics and a dual BA in Anthropology and Studio Art from Southwestern University.
