Morris Ndungu is a seasoned product management professional with a strong background in product ownership and customer success. Currently serving as Product Owner at Educate! since November 2022, Morris previously worked as Associate Product Manager at EIDU from September 2019 to November 2022, where expertise in prioritization, user story creation, and sprint planning was demonstrated. In the role of Customer Success in Product Management, Morris set usage and success metrics and optimized implementations for customer success. Prior experience includes a position in Gaming Operations Support at Oxygen8 Group, where Morris focused on operational revenue forecasting and backlog analysis. Morris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Multimedia University of Kenya.
