Lavanya Pogaru is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in quality training and learning development, currently leading initiatives at EduBridge Learning Pvt. Ltd. since November 2022. Lavanya's role encompasses nurturing individual potential through transformative learning experiences and ensuring high standards in training quality. Previous experience includes serving as a Subject Matter Expert in software testing, where Lavanya was responsible for content development, research, and stakeholder engagement. Prior positions include coding instructor at BYJU'S, coding facilitator at Silver Oaks International Schools, and QA Engineer at Horizon Technologies Inc. Lavanya holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from MVGR College of Engineering.
