Samuel Thomas has extensive experience in client services and account management within various industries. Currently serving as the Lead - Client Services Manager at EdTheory since May 2019, Samuel has progressed through different roles, including Senior Client Services Manager and Client Services Manager for the California School Division. Prior to EdTheory, Samuel worked at Zomato Media Private Limited as a Key Account Manager, focusing on digital ad sales, client acquisition, and marketing strategies. Previous positions include Deputy Manager at ICICI Bank, where Samuel managed SME client portfolios, and various internships in marketing and operations at companies such as Aditya Birla Retail Limited and McDonald's. Samuel holds an MBA in Business Design and Innovation from Welingkar Institute of Management and a B.Sc. in Geology from St. Xavier's College.
