Dr. Taskeen Adam is currently the Co-Director at Open Development and Education Ltd., providing strategic and technical leadership. Previously, Dr. Adam held roles such as Senior Research Lead at EdTech Hub, where Dr Taskeen focused on tech-supported teacher professional development in Tanzania, and Co-Founder and CEO at Khwela Education, aiming to empower and educate unemployed youth in South Africa. Dr. Adam's educational background includes a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering.
