Todd Richter is an experienced operations and career development professional with a diverse background in education and community services. Currently serving as Deputy Manager Operations at EDSI since July 2019, Todd has previously held roles such as Assessment Supervisor at Bucks County Community College and Consultant at Opportunities For All, Inc., focusing on career development and job placement. Todd's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure with the NJ Department of Corrections, where career development programs were delivered to inmates, and as Director of Community Operations for the NJ Juvenile Justice Commission, overseeing numerous community-based services and facilities. Todd earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Trenton State College.
