Layla Dickson is an experienced professional in the Early Childhood Education sector, currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Edrolo since January 2022. Prior to this role, Layla held the position of Practice Excellence Lead Area Manager at Goodstart Early Learning from August 2017 to August 2021, overseeing six early childhood services in northern NSW, which involved site management and compliance responsibilities. Layla's background also includes serving as Practice Improvement Area Lead and Children's Wellbeing Manager at BestStart between November 2011 and September 2018, where support was provided to eight education centers in Waikato. Additionally, Layla worked at ABC Childcare as People and Capability Manager and Teacher Registration Manager from April 2007 to November 2011.
