Michael Bledsoe has a diverse work experience in the logistics and supply chain industries. Michael began their career in 2002 as Chief Sales Officer and owner of MT Global Corporation. In 2006, they joined MT Global Enterprises as Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development. After that, they worked at Echo Global Logistics as Director of Outside Sales/Managed Freight Services, where they also supported and trained outside agents.

In 2011, Bledsoe became Vice President of Corporate Development at Redwood Supply Chain Solutions, where they helped build and grow the technology-driven managed freight consulting division. Michael left the company in 2016.

From 2018 to 2020, Bledsoe served as Head of USA Sales at Fr8Hub, a digital freight marketplace specializing in cross-border and domestic shipments. Michael then worked as Vice President of Business Development at TA Services from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, they joined MatchBack Systems, Inc. as Vice President of Business Development, contributing to the company's innovative approach to automating matching import shipping containers with export bookings. Michael left the company in 2022.

Currently, Bledsoe is the Vice President of Strategic Relationships at EDRAY Collaborative Port Logistics, where they support international shippers with managing their import supply chain efficiently and cost-effectively.

Throughout their career, they have also operated as a Senior Consultant and owner of MSquared Logistics, providing contractual advising and consulting services to various hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment bankers in the logistics and supply chain industries. Michael has also consulted for new start-up digital players in the industry. Bledsoe's work experience demonstrates their expertise and knowledge in strategic relationships, sales, business development, and freight consulting.

Michael Bledsoe has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Political Science from DePaul University. Michael also holds a Juris Doctor degree in Law from DePaul University - Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Prior to their higher education, Michael attended Taft High School.
