Harshana Panner Selvam is a Sustainability Engineer at EDOTCO Group, where responsibilities include developing a Greenhouse Gas Baseline and Inventory Accounting covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, as well as creating a Carbon Roadmap aimed at achieving Carbon Neutrality by 2030. Prior experience includes an internship at the Department of Irrigation and Drainage, focusing on river, dam, and water resource management, and another internship at IJM Corporation Berhad in the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department. Harshana holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a High School Diploma in Civil Engineering from Politeknik Port Dickson. Early education was completed at Sekolah Tinggi Kluang.
