Jennifer Kearns Lyons is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in supporting charter schools. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at EdOps since November 2013, Jennifer provides comprehensive HR support, including employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist at Pathways Management Group, where services were delivered to 13 charter school locations, and Recruiter for Education Management Systems, responsible for staffing over 35 charter school learning centers. Additional experience includes event coordination and project management. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Loyola Marymount University and a certificate in Weather Forecasting from Penn State University.
