Marian Ifaorumhe ACIPM (in view) currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Development at EdoBEST, a position held since February 2021, where responsibilities include planning and implementing training programs and preparing trainers for effective facilitation. Prior to this role, Marian worked at Bridge International Academies from December 2018 to January 2021, initially as a Learning & Development Supervisor and later as a Leadership & Development Supervisor, successfully training over 700 educators under various programs. Earlier experience includes training teachers in Liberia through the LEAP program and serving as a Class Teacher at Odunamen Foundation Schools, where focus was on enhancing students' language abilities and critical thinking skills. Marian holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature from the University of Benin and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the National Teachers Institute.
