Lance Wilcox is currently working as the Manager of Sales Effectiveness at Edmunds.com since February 2014. Prior to this role, Lance has worked as a Training Specialist at Farmers Insurance from January 2007 to February 2014, where Lance designed and facilitated training programs for leaders within the Farmers Claims organization. Lance also has experience as a Senior Manager of Design and Development at J.D. Power and Associates from 1994 to 2007, where Lance led the design of a program for training Kia dealership fixed operations managers. Lance started their career as a Legislative Assistant for Representative Henry Hyde from 1987 to 1991. Lance holds an AB degree in English from Princeton University.
