Michelle Fillion has extensive experience in law enforcement and community engagement, currently serving as Program Manager with the Edmonton Police Service since 2007, where responsibilities include leading the Youth Services Section and founding the Neighbourhood Empowerment Team. In addition, Michelle Fillion has been the owner of Fillion Consulting Incorporated since 1998, specializing in crime prevention program development and evaluation, community mobilization, and police/youth engagement initiatives.
