Kristin Lamas has extensive experience in brand and communications roles. Kristin most recently worked at Edmentum as the Vice President of Brand & Communications, where they established the brand and strategic communications function. Some of their key achievements included managing executive-level communications, handling crisis communications, and overseeing the relaunch of the Edmentum website. Prior to that, Kristin worked at Southern New Hampshire University, where they held various marketing and communications positions. Kristin also has experience in public relations and marketing consulting, having worked as a consultant and in leadership roles at PAN Communications, Mullen, Swardlick Marketing Group, and Attitash.
Kristin Lamas has a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Communications Management from Syracuse University from 2004 to 2007. Kristin also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Emerson College, which they completed from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, Kristin has obtained various certifications, including "Applying Data Analytics to Business Performance," "Applying Data Analytics to Financial Planning & Analysis," "Applying Data Analytics to Revenue Analysis," "Data Analytics Core Concepts Certificate," "Introduction to Data Analytics," and "Change Management - Managing the Change Process," all from AICPA. Kristin is also Accredited in Public Relations (APR) from the Universal Accreditation Board and has completed the HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification. Kristin has further certifications from Trailhead by Salesforce, including "Personalize the Community Experience with Audience Targeting" and "Salesforce CMS Basics."
