Kester Hubbard is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Advisor at EDL since July 2023, Kester previously held multiple leadership roles at BHP from October 2015 to July 2023, including Communications Lead for Integrated Contractor Management and Manager Media Relations. Prior experiences include positions such as Lead Communications Advisor at QGC, Senior Communications Consultant at Phillips Group, and Senior Advisor in Strategic Communications at Thiess Services. Kester began a career in journalism at Sunshine Coast Newspapers and has a solid academic background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Science from Queensland University of Technology.
