Kai-Roman Ditsche-Klein has been working in the tech industry since 2006. Kai-Roman started as a Consultant for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in 2006. In 2007, they Co-Founded Micos Conference Management. In 2011, they began working as a Freelance Web Developer. In 2014, they took on the role of Research Assistant at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg. In 2015, they became the CTO & Co-Founder of Edkimo GmbH.

Kai-Roman Ditsche-Klein obtained a Diploma in Social Sciences from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin between 2001 and 2008.
