Phil Lidstone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, filmmaking, and technical services. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at EditShare since January 2020, Phil leads a team focused on balancing stakeholder requirements and enhancing the FLOW MAM design, contributing to award-winning projects, including an Emmy. As the founder of Phil Lidstone Productions from August 2014 to March 2022, Phil's storytelling approach addressed challenging subjects for non-profit organizations. Prior to this, Phil co-founded d3 Audio & Visual Ltd, where responsibilities included designing and delivering integrated systems as Head of Technical Services. Additionally, Phil co-managed New Wine Scotland, overseeing events, and worked as a music producer earlier in career. Phil holds an HNC in Audio Engineering from UHI Perth.
