Joao Eduardo Caetano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in geomarketing, product marketing, and education. As the founder of Mapfry since April 2020, Joao emphasizes the importance of maps for understanding urban environments. Joao serves as a professor of geomarketing at both the MBA USP/Esalq and ESPM, focusing on integrating technical and emotional competencies in education. In addition, Joao has authored works on strategic location decisions for educational institutions and provides mentorship for young entrepreneurs through Shell Iniciativa Jovem. Previous roles include senior marketing positions at Catho and product marketing management at Geofusion, where Joao led international business development and cross-functional teams.
