Dilson Zanatta Filho is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial and financial leadership. Currently serving as the Diretor Comercial at Editora do Brasil since January 2020, Dilson has also held roles as CFO and COO within the organization. Prior to this role, Dilson held various leadership positions, including Diretor de Controladoria, CIO e CSC at Ultra, and Diretor de Controladoria at SOMOS Educação. Notably, during a tenure at CONSTRUTORA NORBERTO ODEBRECHT S.A., Dilson was instrumental in structuring national and international tax planning operations and leading a shared services center, demonstrating strong capabilities in cost management and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Postgraduate degree in Tax Planning from Anhanguera Educacional.
