Isuru de Alwis is a seasoned educator and IT professional with extensive experience in teaching and technology roles. Currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at Edith Cowan University - Sri Lanka since July 2022, Isuru delivers courses in Object Oriented Analysis & Design, Applied Communications, Software Reverse Engineering, Systems Analysis and Database, Computer Fundamentals, and Programming Principles. Concurrently, Isuru has been an Information Communication Technology Teacher, Data Analyst, Web Administrator, and IT Consultant at St. Peter's College Colombo since June 2013. Additionally, Isuru has lectured in the HND in Computing & Software Engineering program at ICBT Campus from June 2022 to July 2024. Professional experience also includes work as an Independent Contractor with Appen from August 2018 to December 2020. Isuru holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from SLIIT, alongside a Higher National Diploma in English Language and Literature from Aquinas College of Higher Studies.
