Head Of Customer Care/customer Experience at Edison

Monica Brignoli has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Monica began their career at IBM as an Analyst in Direct Marketing from April 1996 to September 1997. Following that, they joined Accenture as a Senior Manager in October 1997 and worked there until January 2016. At Accenture, Monica gained extensive experience in managing business transformation projects and outsourcing services across various industries.
