Nicole Brinza is an experienced English teacher and volleyball coach at Thomas A. Edison High School, where employment has been continuous since August 2011. Prior to this role, Nicole served as a student teacher at Edison High School and Crosswinds East Metro Arts and Science School, developing curriculum focused on critical literacy and a range of reading strategies for middle school students. Nicole holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2011, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English and Spanish from the same institution, completed in 2010.
