Michael Brown BEng(Hons) has extensive experience in leadership and education, with a career spanning various roles in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve and multiple educational institutions. As Sector Commander, responsibilities include overseeing over 120 cadets and 25 adult volunteers across multiple Air Cadet units. Michael also served as Wing Sports Officer and Adventure Training Technical Officer, demonstrating expertise in sports management and adventure training activities. Currently, as an Apprenticeship Officer at Edinburgh College, Michael supports Modern Apprentices and leads personal development programs for young individuals. Previous roles include lecturer positions in engineering at the University of the Highlands and Islands and Perth College UHI, along with instructing at SkillForce Development. A diverse background in management and vocational training, complemented by upcoming studies in Business Management at Heriot-Watt University, highlights Michael's commitment to personal and professional development.
