Hailei Hargrove has accumulated valuable experience in various roles, currently serving as a Fundraising Coordinator for Enactus since February 2020 and as an America Reads Tutor for Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District since November 2019. Previously, Hailei worked as an Assistant Manager and Sales Assistant at Skyline Event Center, where significant contributions included enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing sales by 15%. Hailei holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and previously attended South Texas College and Robert Vela High School, where foundational education in business and management was acquired.
