Julie Gabrielson serves as the Coordinator of Operations and Facilities for Community Education at Edina Public Schools since March 2019. As a co-owner of Gabrielson Athletics since April 2013, Julie has successfully planned a summer running camp for high school athletes, achieving over 35 percent growth in participation within the first two years. Previously, Julie held the position of Assistant Director of Business Operations in Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, overseeing procurement processes and training new staff. Additional experience includes serving as an Athletics Administration Office Coordinator, Freelance Copyeditor for CopyPress, and Assistant to the Athletic/Activities Director at Edina Public Schools. Julie's career began with a role as Participant Services & Events Manager at Twin Cities in Motion, managing large-scale events. Julie holds a Master of Education in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota.
